How We Started
We’ve been writing down business ideas ever since we met. Before we were married we had already filled a notebook with potential business projects. We have 3 rules that have served us well. First, does the idea make the world a better place? Second, can we find joy in the day-to-day tasks? Third, will we be proud to share it with our families, friends, and future kids? A board game company easily checks all three boxes, so in 2020 we got serious and launched the idea that has become Chips and Salsa Games.
Our Mission to Create Greener Games
As individuals and in our business we feel a responsibility to be good to the planet. Our aim is to incorporate recycled/recyclable components, eliminate excess packaging, minimize the use of materials, avoid plastic when possible, and financially support trustworthy nonprofits that are working toward a healthier planet. We believe that by giving players greener choices, we can inspire the industry to move in a more sustainable direction.

Our Games
At Chips and Salsa our goal is to make games that people can’t wait to share with their friends and families. We generally create games that fall under these themes.
- Adventure games that take less than an hour to play.
- Improv games that require players to get creative.
- Games that challenge what a card or board game can be.
We currently have one game for sale and three in pre-production. You can sign up for our email list below to get notified everytime we launch a new game. We throw in a discount code with each launch to thank our customers for sticking with us!
